The Winnetka Heights Neighborhood Association, in conjunction with the City of Dallas is pleased present a discussion on the process of obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness, the required permission you need to change any exterior element of your home.  The presentation will serve as a guide to the basic ins and outs of this critical element of living in a Historic District.  Mike Walker, Code Chair of the WHNA, will lead the discussion.  Representatives from the City of Dallas will be on hand to answer questions.  More details will be available, but for now, save the date.
