Need a rental house in Winnetka Heights

We sold our house on Windomere and are looking for a house to rent in Winnetka Heights for a year before setting off on the great adventure. We need a 3 bedroom, 2 bath or a house with 2 bedrooms and an "extra" room that would serve as an office. 3 cats (well behaved) and a dog (with great manners and very fussy about her habits) and a 21 year old daughter living at home for that last year of college. Fenced in back yard a great plus. Mostly for the dog and cats, not the daughter.
We will branch outside of WH if we have to (it looks like we might) but want to stay close - this is home, after all. We need to probably move at the end of March.
