Mardi Gras Parade in Oak Cliff

The Winnetka Heights Neighborhood Association will be participating in the very first Mardi Gras parade in Oak Cliff on Sunday, February 22. Right now we are planning on entering a decorated float. To accomplish this we need some help from our neighbors. The following items are needed. A 10-16 ft flatbed trailer, float decorations, cheap labor, beads, cash, and enthusiastic volunteers.
