For something a little different, take the Route 11 bus over to Cockrell Hill and eat at Chilitos. Solid food at reasonable prices. It has lunch specials and even beer on tap.

Chilitos is located in that colorful strip mall on the southwest corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Cockrell Hill Road. The cool thing is that after you eat at Chilitos you can then get groceries at El Rancho and pick up some booze at Big Daddy's before heading home. Or get your hair and nails done!
